Points still not updating

This is a good app. Its mostly accurate and reliable. However, right now its having issues with its points system not updating. They admit to server issues. But havent fixed them yet. Is this becoming an unsupported app? The changes are making it less a user app and more of an advertising platform and friend of city government app. Please dont sell us out.
