Everything good with this app but only issue is location services .It does not have option while using lok other application .it has only 2 options always or never.Which drains the battery much quicker even though waze is not being used.Hope they should come up with this

I love this app. Routing me away from traffics and advanced notices on hazards, etc.

Im loving this app... Its been a life saver on long and short drives! And the police warning has saved me a few times on long drives.... Im hooked will never use another drive app again now that I have this!! If your on the fence or think its crap.. Youd be wrong! Try it and youll love it as much as the the eat of us do!!

So far so good. Little getting used to. The only complaint is when choosing an alternate route, the app keeps switching back to original route over and over and you have to manually get back to the route you want.

On the current version once you access the app the GPS says on even when you completely close the app. This is a huge battery drain and a major flaw. Loved it before, not so much now.

This latest edition of waze forces the location services to always be in even when not using the app. This drains battery and Im not too excited about the app knowing my whereabouts all the time. Please switch this back to what it was before. Only use location services when using the app. Thanks

I disagree with the developers that this app needs to know my location "Always". The app had the option after many requests from users to give the third option "While using app", and now its gone. Will use other options for navigation in the meantime. Otherwise the app is a great one!

This app has a bug with the location services feature. When you put the app to sleep, the location services feature doesnt turn off and drains the battery on the phone. Turning the location services feature on and off manually causes enough problems that make me want to stop using this app. This was a better app before the latest updates. Please fix!

Not all navigation apps get you where you want to go but this one does. Its easy to enter a destination and follow the route. Thanks!

After being on Waze for over 2-yrs, this app has become increasingly & frustrating as their servers seem to be having increasingly more trouble keeping up with members points due to apparent crashes. The past several days Ive attempted to send logs along with "required" documentation and unable to do so any longer... The instructions direct one to "click here" to fill out their Form, yet there is no longer a hyperlink to do so... Therefore, unable to create a ticket, resulting in no longer receiving email acknowledgements your ticket was received and under review. Miles & points are no longer being updated accurately. Previous to this report the Waze support team has very prompt & helpful; therefore can only assume Google assuming control is the problem. Its like they have severed the means of communicating our issues. I have rated them 5-Star in the past, now dropping g them to a 1-Star due to this breach in customer support & past few weeks of server issues

Ive used Waze for about a year and a half and its very VERY helpful for me on a daily basis, getting me around traffic jams, accidents and showing me good routes to take. I was born and raised in the East Bay and know it well, but Waze knows it better! However some of the features havent been working. If a ride is shared with me by a friend or colleague, it doesnt open up the map like it had. One friend in particular had an old iPhone so I thought it was the problem, but when he got a new phone (5s) the map or gauge showing his eta still didnt work (Im on a 6+). Please fix this. Traffic is bad enough in the Bay Area without me having to distract and call friends and loved ones with their location or ETA when theyve attempted to share it.

Great app but dont like when I reach my destination it just says arrived no street address no right or left just arrived then Im looking around lost.
